thanks for the replies... i will complain for sure, I do know the owners of the dealer very well ,but i don't like to complain when there is nothing that they can do.. I mean, nothing they have to "fix". Nothing that they can do after the fact. I had to wait a week for an appointment, dropped the truck off at 8 am returned at 3pm and the truck was still in the same spot!! The service writer asked me if I could 'keep it with them overnight'.......i said NO WAY.. and went straight to the owner. Shortly after, it when into service.... and the problem (service engine light) IS STILL ON!
they said that since it had aftermarket parts, that what was causing the light... I've only had my mods on for 6 months!!! So, nothing to show from a day in the service department except a smelling like sh%t interior and my service engine light still on, reminding me of my wonderful day at a 'Blue Oval Certified Dealer'.

I would just chill out

If the guy only smoked one cigarette in your truck, no big deal. The smell will go away in no time.

There is a spray product called Febreeze that kills smoke smell. It's sold at most drug/grocery stores. It works good.

SpeedinBob,

Thats The Ticket....oh wait, not a good term to use over here.... And my comment above was: they should pay you to have your interior detailed......not: they should detail your interior........I would never let my dealer or any dealer for that matter wash or clean my truck...EVER...and I don't have to worry about the obvious problems that you guys have with your L's...I don't think my truck can spin the tires.... ....ok, it can but don't tell the wife....

I quit smoking over 2 years ago and as non smokers if the smell of it is as offensive to you as it is me, I would raise hell. Not only did he stink up your truck but what about common courtesy and respect for other peoples belongings?
