Talking Best excuses!

I'm just curious. What is the best excuse ...I mean reason you used (or heard) for getting a new mod.

RDY2RAC told me he had to get a roll cage installed so he could take me to the hospital when I go into labor. I asked if I got to wear the helmet since there will probably be a blizzard that day (end of Jan).

Did he tell you he needs some Wet Okoles, in case your water breaks in the truck?

How about the new fuel pumps, so it doesn't lean out on the WOT run to the hospital?

The one that seems to get my parents all the time is it will help my gas mileage. Works every time.

Wink

If I don't get mod B after installing mod A, my engine is sure to blow! It's cheaper just to get mod B as an 'insurance policy'.

P.S. I think I may be in serious need of a set of Manley rods soon!

Jake...

I guess just putting the foot down and telling them you are getting the mod just doesnt work any more with the wife or parents!!!
