Next...?

I need advice on what to do next. Performance mods so far are a K&N hi-po filter and also when i bought my truck it already had a superchip installed in it. My question: i am thinking my next performance mod should be a pully w/ a chip reburn. .....Yes? Is this a logical next step? Also, what size is recommended? 2lb, 3lb? The truck is a daily driver.

thanks
Bill

3 or 4 lb would be plenty for a daily driver. Do a 4 lower and no upper. That will put you in the 12's with a chip and filter!!

That would be next. But then soon after that look into a shift kit of some sort to keep the trans from blowing a clutch pack from the added torque.

ok, so a 4lb lower with some sort of shift kit...i take it i can talk to any of the vendors here about the shift kit. Also, i live in BFE florida, and really don't want to risk installing the 4lb lower myself b/c i'll probably break something. How should i go about the install? Private shop? Ford?

Also, am i loosing all that much traction/power with my 20in chromes and Eagle GT2's, or does it really make not alot of difference?

No problem, When I first started here guys were helping me ALOT. Its nice to have this place to turn to. Plus since I am out of work from my bike wreck for ALONG time, I will be helping as many guys as I can. This gives me something to do.

Anyone, dont hesitate to ask me something. I really like helping fellow L owners out, many did it for me. So its my time to help out!!

I just might take u up on that Bob....let me acquire the pulley first and also the shift kit everybody told me to get. Is that shift kit you guys refer to a "line mod valve" or is that something completely different? What kind of shift kit is recommended? B&M?
