Pigeon Forge Tenn. F-100's

Anyone here interested in attending the Pigeon Forge Tenn.
F-100 show scheduled for May 17 through the 20th?
The wife and I are strongly considering going this year. Although
we have no intention of entering anything as I recently sold
Venomous, my 65 F-100 428c.i/470h.p show truck. I think it would be a kickin the @ss to gather as many Lightnings
as possible and hit this event. It would be a great chance to meet the people face to face that we share this board with. If your interested, lets talk and
see what occurs.

I don't know if I am going to be able to make it to this year's show but I have been to a few and have always had a blast.

After checking the schedule, I have discovered that this years
show is from May 16th through the 19th, not the 17th through
the 20th as I originally posted.
Sorry for the bad info.
Come on, lets go.

Hey Marc, if you make it to Pigeon Forge you need to check out the Muscle Car Museum there. I was there last month and it kicks butt! They have mostly classics, restored and original, but they do have some modern muscle, including a 1999 red L!! I think admission is $8/person. This is the place that provides most of the cars for the TV show "American Musclecar".

Gonna try to be there. I just live a little over an hour away, but chlorine use always goes up in the summer (swimming pools, etc.) so it really depends on my work schedule.

Sounds like fun to me. I've been to Rod Run's in Pigeon Forge and always had a ball.

Sounds like fun. I'll check w/ RDY2RAC. We intended to go there for our honeymoon, but he just started at Ford a month before & we knew there was no chance of him getting of work that soon.

What plant does rdy2race work in rdy2racewith?
I work at Walton Hills in Cleveland.
Keep the interest coming in people. We have some time to
get this all together. I would love to see a fleet of Lightnings
all gathered at this event. Maybe we could even get a "group"
discount at one of the local motels.

By all means, get to Pigeon Forge, it would be a good place to start an anual F-150online.com rally, I live about an hour and a half away, and my dad lives like ten minutes away. I always try my best to get there for every car show, and they have one like every weekend during the summer, I was at Rod Runs last year and had a great time! Really, it's a beautiful place, with a lot of beautiful vehicles.
