ok got the call today

i'm getting a new engine ohwell

i had a couple of bent valves

good thing warranty covers it

what mods did you have on it?? How many miles did the motor have? When did it mess up? during regular driving or racing??

The 4.6L and 5.4L motors are what Ford calls a Modular Motor. If some thing is wrong, and serious enough to affect the motor, they replace the whole thing rather than the broken part.

And the cause was................? Could it have been the plugs failing and a piece of them getting caught in the valve seat or was it over-revving.
