So Cal guys.. a little help? or others..

i was wondering if anyone knew the places in Southern California where we could take our vehicles and test them out on a track. A decent track.

sorry, but i am just not familiar with these types of things.

thanks for any replies!

What type of Track? Dragstrip, like Carlsbad, LACR, Irwindale or Fomoso? Or Road Course tracks like Laguna Seca and Buttonwillow? Either way, to my knowledge(not sure about the RoadCourse tracks), but all drag strips are closed for the winter.

There MIGHT be one last event, possibly at Irwindale or Carlsbad, but I know for a fact that LACR and Fomoso are closed.

p.s. The word "Decent" doesn't describe ANY of the California dragstrips, except maybe Pomona, which no longer holds street legal drags, or Friday night grudge matches, due to annoying little *****s that would start street racing after they left the track.

Up in Palmdale (LACR) it gets damn cold up there. Sometimes snows. Driving up there is even a pain. Black ice on the roads, strong winds

Not too sure about the rest (Fomoso, Carlsbad, or Irwindale)
