Well, changing from one tuner's pulley to another should take about 30 mins--using jack stands. The chip exchange, another 15 mins(no cleaning required). Boost by-pass and cr/case(oil cap?) breather--maybe 5 mins. The line mod--d/k about it.

The spark plugs?????--man, they intimidate the he!! out of me. I've changed many a plug on other engines thru the years but I can't get my self to tackle that job--it might take you the rest of the day?

Good luck,

Dan

first time on plugs was 2 hours, main thing to remember is the 3rd one back on the drivers side requires a 1/4 breaker bar to break loose the 7mm nut holding the coil pack in. 2nd time, 1 hour!!!

Pulley, well psp does not use a factory gage, does the JDM 4lb use the factory gage? other than that it should be easy.

Line valve about 1 hour, plus alot of cleanup if your not careful!!!

The rest are easy and should only take about 30 min total!!!!

Thanks guys,I installed the PSP pulley,so I don't think replacing it with the caged JDM will be too tough.Breather & boost bypass look easy enough too.Same for chip swap,I was a little worried about the Line Mod Valve but,Evilguy hooked me up w/some pics.Looks easy enough.I also got some pics install info on plugs from Chuck's L page.I'll let you know how it goes.-Dave.
