share your kill stories!!!!
hey
my kill is really boring probably...but exciting to me. so i will tell it anyways. i was just cruzing on the 405 (socal). just to tell you in advance i do not have a L. but a ****ty 4.2 5sp. anyways...some kid in like a 91 accord with about 6 asian people in it pulls next to me. yelling and whatnot. challanging me. i figure that with all the people in the car it should be no problem. the car was already practically scraping on the ground because of all the people. anyways...the guy puts 3 fingers out the window and is counting down. like the punk he was they leave at 1. but i hit it anyways...despite the foul play. we were going 60 and worked up to 75. (sorry....numbers aren't so impressive to all you "L" guys. but to me its fun.) which is where i made up the distance. from then on i pulled away until i hit my 100 mph govener which really kicks in at 98. all in all....it was a fun time on the freeway. when i get some mods on her i will let you know of some more impressive kills. later

I've never seen anything quicker
I posted this on NLOC a couple weeks ago...
Our little princess killed her first rabbit a few years ago, and since she got the taste of blood, hunting became her favorite sport.
Talk about quick! If it's alive and close consider it a dead animal - rabbits, moles (yes moles), birds (she eats and guts them too), gophers (at night), and one deer (she didn't catch it but gave it a chase for two miles and ended up with thirty stitches from a barb wire fence). Lately her prey has been squirrels. This morning while I was enjoying my coffee, I notice she was stalking something in the yard. Then I saw a squirrel on the grass far from any trees. If it turned its head the other way for a split second, she'd launch and would quickly surprise it. After a few minutes, I sat back down and got back to my coffee and the game.
About ten minutes later, I saw a white flash and watched her "fly" thru several tight figure-8's around the grass and one last dash towards a tree. She caught it as it leaped for the trunk. After a few shakes, she dropped it and looked for another. I got back to my coffee and that's when I heard a cat-like howl, which is typical of her if she is guarding something she doesn't want to share. A few minutes later, she appeared in the house and came up to me with the "unusual" smile, as if she did something I should be proud of. That's when I noticed reddish brown stains all around her muzzle - squirrel blood (that stuff smells!). So I cleaned her up and checked out the yard - two dead squirrels, one in a couple pieces. Apparently, one of the other dogs tried to take it from her which explains the howl. After it was torn in two, she took the other piece back.
If you could see her now curled up against the wood burning stove, you would never imagine that she was capable of this carnage.

I wasn't going to post this, but what the heck...
Driving home a couple weeks ago about 10:30 on a Friday night. Coming through a residential area, I notice a green Mustang waiting to make a left out of a sideroad. I'm going along about 55 (45 zone), so he waits until I clear. I go through a couple of slight turns, check my mirror, and he's on me so tight he's tapping his brakes! We're coming up on a long stretch of open road. When we clear the corner, he moves out to go around. There's oncoming traffic about 1/4 mile ahead, so I decide to let him go. When he pulls up even with me, I notice he's not running GT wheels. As he pulls on around, I notice the single exhaust. Okay, now I'm going to make it interesting for him. He pulls back in the lane, and I roll into it and plant it about 3 car lengths off his bumper. We go up a slight hill, then a light left turn and open road again. No traffic, and about a mile of highway. By this time, we're running about 110, so I pull out to go around him. I basically went right by as he hit his speed limiter!
Pull back into my lane, and start a coast down since there's traffic ahead. Come up behind a Dodge during the coast down, and decide to go on around him. Back in my lane, and 1/4 mile from a 4-way stop, I'm running about 65. Mustang's still back there, but seriously whipped. I stop for the sign, and standing in store parking lot is a local sheriff's deputy, talking to someone in another car. I turn left, Mustang turns right - haven't seen him again since!
Deputy didn't follow me, but I don't know how he couldn't have heard what was going on.
In the 6 months of owning this truck, this is the only guy I've had that wanted to play! I think he'll know better next time, though!

first time ever racing i pull up next to an svt in my '97 transam ram air. being a ford truck fan (harley f150 used to tow t/a) i was aware of what i was up against. not knowing how to launch the svt got me by a few car lengths outta the hole. well it only took about half the track to pass him. wasn't to impressed after that. i've ran and beat him many times after that. finally he asks me if i'm spraying him? sorry pal not me. have several videos (mpg's)for proof if you are the doubting type just ask and i'll e-mail. have beaten 2 other stv's so dont blame the driver.
