Arrow Pics of my prototype intercooler heatsink

Hey All
Here are a couple of pics of a Heat sink I've been working on, it can be installed ( spliced) into any of the intercooler-aftercooler lines. Initial tests show about a 3 degree c. drop at the point of exit where it is currently mounted.

The heat sink would be much more effective away from the hot motor... say down below the truck to get some cool air?

The Heat Sink is slightly more effective down , I used a temp probe and the lower location at driving speeds ( normal around town) was approx. 5degrees C. cooler and second the top location was easier for me to show local L owners

At this point I have not used thermal Gel

Why not add another liquid to air intercooler with fans or just hung under the frame somewhere. By No means do I have any idea how effcient the front one is. The ice box thing works..don`t know why air wouldn't disapate even more heat depending on the exchange. Someone is suppposed to be working on an a/c
exchanger....

I have a far better idea, unfortunately I cannot say anything right now because...

Let's just say that the intercooler will get alot cooler... Without A/C

Hey Guys
There are alot of ways to make a large difference in dissipating heat away from the exchanger, some of which can be done to appear oem..To do so would become a little more costly, actually alot more costly. The heat sink was designed to be functional, which it is, and to be an attractive inexspensive bolt on
