I just got finished installing the Denso's in the truck. Man o Man I fell alot better now!!! No more Misfires, Shaking, Breakups, Vibrations at all!!!! I am so happy it was just a set of plugs and not head damage!!!! Ok here is a some up of everything in case someone needs advise later!!!

I was coming home Wed. night, Was just driving around no playing or anything. I came to small uphill spot in the road I was on, I gave it alittle gas but not enuff to make it downshift. Then it started, I first got what seemed like a backfire, then shaking, and alot of vibrations, I left of and coasted for a second, but it in neutral and reved it up, seemed fine. Put it back and gear it started acting up again as soon as i gave it gas. Luckly I was only about 2 miles from home so i really babied it and got her home.

I called good ol JL on thursday and ordered a set of Denso's. I pulled the plugs (NGK #6's) after talking to him and didnt find alot out of the ordinary. The Ceramic in the middle looked alittle burnt creating bigger gaps. I was really happy that the Denso's come right at .38 so all i did was add some Dioelectirc grease to the tips and put them in. I blasted her all the way to 120 and no problems at all. The Denso's seem to have a better Idle & throttle responce than the NGK's or Stock EVER DID!!!!!!!

 

Glad you got your L fixed....now it can run as good as it looks. BTW...how does it feel to run with Ricer plugs in it? LOL...Just Kidding...going to get some soon too.
