Raced my buddies 2001 SS camaro on the interstate. He said he
was going 150 and we were side by side. I was so scared I
could not take my eyes off the road to see the speedo.

With the engine off push the button in to change from trip odo to cumulative odo. While holding the button in turn the key on enough to energize everything while continueing to hold the button in. After about 4-5 seconds the odo will say "test". Leave the key on and release the button. Push the button again and it tests the gauges. All, except boost, will peg out. Push it again and it tests all the idiot light bulbs. Scrolling through will check various things and show levels and pressures of various checks. Anyway, scrolling to the point where it reads "ENG000.0" gives you the digital odometer(if you overshoot don't worry 'cause if you keep scrolling it will come back up). Don't shut the key off but start the engine and drive around. Most I've heard say the odo one says the needle one is about 2 MPH slower(built in ticket avoidance?). When you get bored with the new toy shutting the engine off will reset it back to normal. Here's a little vid I made of it:

A lightning has gone 160+ and look for it to go 170+ next year It isn't limited electronically. It's aerodynamics.
