Cold Weather ???

Would you do anything to a truck for cold weather. Even thought my truck isn't an L, I figured you all could probly answer best. Here at collage I dont have a nice warm garagge to park in, The high is around 32-34, and low 20, Sould I do anything to the motor or just let it be. I do have the romote start, which can change to start the motor every 3 or 4 hours. Would you recomend this or just let the truck set there?

With 20 degrees as your low temp, you don't need to do anything special other than ensuring that your coolant provides adequate protection. Up here, we get temps as low as 40 below - block heaters and synthetic oils then go a long way to getting you started the next morning. Hope this helps!

Make sure your battery is in fully-charged condition and your cables and posts are clean and tight.

I'd also change to Mobil 1 synthetic if you haven't already.

If the prevaling wind almost always comes from a certain direction, I'd park so the truck's 'butt' faces the wind.
