I have a ? for all tuners.
I am really interested in going 11's on the stock tires with no nitrous. You will probably just laugh at me but I think it can be done. I was wondering what I will have to add to my combo that I already have? I was thinking of switching to the #5 lower pulley and the 2lb upper and maybe doing a Cobra R water pump. I not sure how much extra this will give me but I think about a 1/10 or 2/10's. I know the truck will run low 12.30's all day as long as I keep my burnouts consistent. Any ideas please let me know.
I'm not a tuner, but I can give you some specs of others who are running 11's.
With a 5lb lower and a 1.5 upper, at least a 1.7 60', and an aggressive race program you should be able to get in the 11.90's. This is all speculation on what others have done.
However, as your lower pulley get's larger it makes more boost at less throttle and rpm. This means it will be harder to get off the line. I will be surprised to see 11's on street tires with that much torque down low.
