Are you happy with the Owner Satisfaction Program
I know this is old news for most but I just wanted to check in and tell you guys that I finally got my Owner Satisfaction Program letter from FORD last Friday.
Personally, I am happy with FORD on this issue and I believe this was the right thing to do. This means I will still consider owning the 3rd or or maybe 4th Gen L if and when they are ever built.
How do the rest of you 99 and 00 owners feel about this intercooler Owner Satisfaction Program? Does it make any difference as to whether you might buy another Lightning or other SVT product?

Well, I'm taking this back to the top because no one responded the first time. I am talking about the intercooler replacement program here. Maybe my choice of a title was the reason no one responded. 99 and 00 owners, WHERE ARE YOU on this issue?
