you already have a 90MM MAF. It comes standard on an 01.....

 

David your 2001 comes with a 90 mm MAF

it is the 99 and 2000's that have the 80 mm

I have had my chip out for about 6 weeks now. I currently have 3# lower pulley, 90 mm maf, jl filter, ram air, aloy drive shaft.....all the goodies except for 4.10 gears and NOS (chip was removed because it was being reburned for the 4.10 gears). I have seen no problems at all and this beast is still a rocket. About 2 weeks ago I beat a Typhoon who claimed to run 12.8's. I havent had it to the track without the chip but I guarantee that the other parts are still giving me just about as much power as they would be with the chip installed (maby a slight difference with the proper tuning of the chip).

 

i have a 90 mm on my 00 with JDM pulley,filter,oval t.b, . i took out my chip today and i was really suprised how strong it felt ! the way i figure it the 90 mm makes it run rich but the lower pulley will lean her out a bit?? i was wondering what id run at the track with out my chip.
