What happend to good customer service???? (rant)
I ordered some gauges for my truck through an online store that was recommeded by a freind. They had great prices and advertise the gauges as being in stock on there web page. I ordered the gauges on sunday night 10/21 through there site, they proccesed my card the next day.
I emailed them to see when they are being shipped on tuesday 10/23 and they responded that indeed they were shipped and i would have them in a few days. On friday afternoon i call them and ask for a tracking number so i could atleast plan the install. The guy tells me he does not have any information in front of him and he would call me back.
Its now monday afternoon and no call, i try and call them on several occasions since monday and can only get a machine. I emailed them last night and politley asked them again for a tracking # and still have not heard a peep out of them.
As of right now i am ready to call my credit card company and have the charge taken off my card. I dont even mind waiting for the gauges but it really iritates me when i am lied too!!!!!

I called egauges.com after you responded to my e-mail about where you were able to find the gauge pod and I was told they were backordered and they didn't know when they would get anymore in.

Dan - sorry you did not find the pod in stock, i must have got the last one they had, keep looking its worth the wait!!!
Now if i could only get my gauges here i would be set
