WTC/Ground Zero (non L)

Last Thursday my father and I took a ride down the Hudson river on the family boat. We ended up down by the city and the location of the World Trade Center disaster. It was a very sad site to see. The smoke was still rising and there was still a smell of fire and distruction in the air. I took a bunch of pics, but most of them came out really dark. Here are a couple of the lighter pics. Notice the shattered windows on the building to the left.[img]

Can't imagine being that close to the site.

Good (not in the sense of the scene itself) pics.

I forgot where I saw a post but someone said that instead of us dropping bombs we should drop the remains of the WTC's on them.

Over a month later and there are still no words to describe that.

captain, thats why we cant forget it. we can never let the people who like to say, war is not the answer have their way. we can never let our rage ease up until we get every last one of those bastards, period. i know im not american, but i spend a lot of time in the states , both for business and pleasure, and as far as im concerned, we are the same on this issue. some people tell me that getting bin laden is not the answer. well all i can say is, its a good start, if we wipe him and his followers out. then on to sadam, and the rest of them. i can honestly say i have never felt such rage as when i watched that on sept 11th. all those innocent people, and for what?

Hey Kyle, I don't know if this applies but it was all over television and radio about picture taking. They feds doesn't allow anyone to take photos of the site as it is still a federeal crime scene......Be careful
