Hey I am going to Florida the 9th through 13th, I was thinking of renting a car to go down, but maybe I will drive the L and stop in and race with you. Do I need to mail that form in or can I just register at the gate?

If you are referring to the MGW/SCMC Drag Day in Augusta, mail it in NOW! It'll save you $10 if it's postmarked BEFORE 11/1. You can pay at the "gate" if you wish. I'll be there as well, come on down.
