does pulley upgrade require chip reburn?

does pulley upgrade require chip reburn?
if i was to upgrade from a 2# pulley to a 4# pulley would i be required to reburn my chip?

could i run a 4# pulley all the time (every day driving)?

"Shouldn't" require a reburn but I would ask my tuner just to be sure.

I run my 3# pulley on my daily driver with no problems--the pulley only comes into play when you mash the throttle or at WOT.
