I ended up using LTNBOLT's method of getting the pulley off. This was actually EXACTLY what i tried the night earlier with 4 other guys that couldn't get it off. Sunday morning I just thought i would give it another shot, my all, hopefully not getting ahernia from doing so. I put about 150lbs of pressure with both feet against the bar while grabbing onto the sway arm and jerking it back and forth as hard as i could. It finally broke loose and threw the bar off on the 3rd try.

LTNBOLT, yeah the stock gauge can go past 10, or else i broke the stop off the the needle somehow! LOL
