Cost + 10% on a new CPU is about $230-240. No one should have to pay more than 10% over cost. There is a $100 core charge, but that is taken care of by giving them your FRIED one!

Does anyone know where i can get some documentation on how much these things really cost a dealership?
Because they are telling me that the Computer alone cost $450, and $588 with labor.
If it only cost them about $200, they mark those things up more than 100% ??? Gready bast@rds!

Just to let everyone know that I finally got my truck back tonight.
$618 for processor and labor ALL covered under warranty, it never hurts to ask/argue.
I might have to wait until the warranty is up to do any more mods. Now that i know how much these parts would cost if I had to pay for it myself....
