Blown my muffler off again!

Has anyone blown there muffler off? This is my third time. I know the dang clamps were tight. I check them pretty often. Every time the thing comes off, it scares the ***** out of me. This time it didn't drag the ground like usual, I had my JL driveshaft loop keep it from it dragging.
I am going to fix this problem. I have a new exhaust system coming in a couple of weeks. It consist of long-tube headers (the tubes are 34" long with 1 5/8"o.d.1 1/2"i.d. 2 1/2" collector) and off-road exhaust (2 1/2" mandral bend with a Magnaflow muffler no cats). The headers and pipes will be fully ceramic coated. That ought to sound bad a$$.

Yes it just happened to me on wed night. I had a horrible launch and as soon as I gained traction it blew off. Since the was the first time it happened to me I didn't know what it was and flipped the hell out.

I blew my exhaust off a couple of times. I got the clamps good and tight blew off again. Took it to the dealrer they got it good and tight, blew off again. Took to the dealer a second time and they ordered a new exhuast and I no longer have any problems. The clamps on some of these exhausts are not welded in the right place to keep the two pieces of pipe together. Make the dealer fix it, it works and it is free!
