Question Low end Power ?

Hey Guys ...... Can anyone tell me how to boost my low end power on my 2001 L ??? I have a Superchip, K & N filterr with downs intake tube, 170 deg t-stat, and I'm still waiting for a upper pulley ........

I just seem to have a bad low end bog ever since I bought the truck.

Thanks for any help, Marc

I haven't had that problem with the chip I use. I also use a JL #4 lower and LFP upper pulley.

Low end power has never been a problem for me. Just ask my local Goodyear distributor.

I'd pull the chip, and see if it gets stronger. Maybe the contacts on the chip are bad, and it isn't working properly.

If that doesn't work, a PSP lower pulley did the trick for me.

Why are you getting the upper and not the lower?

JL lower pulley should give you all the low end power that you need.

Hmmm....lowend power, is your blower belt on? Seriously, though, install a JL pulley and your next problem will be traction.

racer535 - how many miles do you have on your L. If I had any more low end power I would never launch due to so much spin.
