It's very simple to install. It's easier than doing a shift kit or line mod valve because there is nothing to take apart. You drop the trans pan, remove the filter, unbolt the old valve body and bolt the new one in. All you really need special is an inch pound torque wrench. We include very detailed directions. It will help extend trans life by giving you less slip on the shifts, which results in less clutch pack wear as well as less heat.
