hey all.. i dont own an L but i will as soon as the lease on my current car draws to a close. I'm thinkin late 02 or possibly even early 03.. I just wanted to introduce myself to you all. The name's Charles and it's a pleasure. I own a turbocharged vw golf... and i -THOUGHT- it was pretty quick.. until i sat and rode in my friends 99 silver L that is... *sigh* I guess there's always bigger fish out there... but one day.. i'll BE one.. muahahhaha.

ps. call me shallow, chauvanistic and egotistical.. but my gf just bought a 96 z28... i aint havin that!

Welcome....dont feel bad. I sometimes get to drive my mom's VW TURBO BEETLE, now that's fun, especailly at 90 mph when that little wing goes up. LOL... Those cars scream...in their own way of course.
