How much is a new PCM?

I am tyring to buy a used CUX1 PCM from someone that has never had a chip installed. I would like it as a spare, just in case or I can resell it later if someone needs it. How much are they worth?

I got mine for around 140 new, and still in the box. I do plan to install that one in a few days, and keep the original CUX1 for JL if need be.

What about the pats for the ignition and the fact that your cluster will read different than the pcm. Seems if you choose to swap comuters then you should also get a cluster?

No cluster needed. With a new PCM, the PATS system can easily be programmed with the NGS tool. It much easier to do than you think, only about 10-20 minutes with the NGS tool.
Sal could probably get into greater detail on this, but he has covered this many, many times for us. Hope this helps

No, it's a full NGS... scan codes, clear codes, change gear ratio entries, turn off door chime...

The link above is a locksmith...
