Is there a gasket between the header pipe and the cat ? I think i have a leak right before the cat on the passenger side. If there is, i want the dealer to order the gasket before i bring it in. I know the dealer will say , yep you got a leak, but we have to order a gasket.

good luck getting the dealerhship to order parts for your at home diagnosis. what do they do if you are wrong? eat the parts? unfortunately, you'll probably have to do the warranty dance. take the truck in for diag, and let them order the parts.
