noel, you are hard-core.

Daver, you will do a low 13, especially if you get the ET Streets.

one more question...

Rapid Robert, you da man...thnks for the pic, looks great.

Daver, sounds like those HD tips work fine and I bet they look good on the L (any pics?).

My only concern is that they are chrome and not stainless. Have you had any problems with yours? Hard to keep clean and/or rust free?

For $110, I could get the two Borla tips Speedin listed, stainless but only 3.5" in diameter. Is 4" too big or just right? I assume there is enough clearance within that scallop on the ground effects.

More advice, opinions, etc?

Thanks alot guys!!!

Whitelight,I also think the borlas are too small. The H.D.'s are just right.I've only had 'em about 1 mo. but no pboblems keepin' em' clean.I don't know if they are chrome or polished stainless? But they look great!I don't have any pics,no digicam.Try a page for Yoda.he's a buddy of mine & just ordered a set from karkraft.I think he has a digital camera also.

Hi Guys.
Just wanted to answer a few questions /statements. It is never a pain to make things in fact there is a lot of fun in it but sometimes life throws you a curve ball and you have to deal with it. Lets just say that there are times when all of the fun stuff has to wait. To those that know thanks for understanding. Noel Ha HA HA my wife just makes me shower outside. I do think that the shop is pretty clean. Thanks.

hey guys, I too had the HD tips installed, boy do they sound great! They also look kisck-*** also. You will need to have a shop install them since the whole stock exhaust from muffler back will need to be replaced. Cost $35 from midas to do. I do have a digital video tape, but dont have hardware to connect to my cpmtr yet. This weekend I am buying all that is needed to load them onto my cpmtr, I will then post pics. BTW, mine dont stick out like Daver716's do, but mine arent angled straight out either, they kinda angle a little forwards, so the tip closest to the tire sticks out a little further than the front one.

where to buy?

Thanks Yoda and DAVER,
I think I may go with the HD tips, you guys convinced me. Looking forward to your pics, Yoda...are you running the Magnaflow 12468 also?

Where did you guys purchase the HD tips from? KarKraft for $129 or is there another supplier that is less expensive? Can I order them from Ford or my dealership?
