i dont konw the plugs off the top of my head but you will be able to leave them in. they are simply going to give you more kick (sparking power) than a regular plug. that's why there was that whole hype with the slip fire spark plug. the design that BS but the only added HP came from higher grade materials. So the new plugs will help in your gas mileage as well. let me know how that combo of the JL pulley and the nitrous runs. i've been a little too pensive to do both a 13psi boost with 100HP shots. make sure that your reburn your chip for that or you WILL run lean and burn holes in your pistons.... the added air from the pulley will do that. now depending on the nitrous system you can crack it and the NO2 will be pumped in with added fuel (make sure that both a fuel and a nitrous line run into the nozzles) you wont run more lean bc of hte 100shot alone.
in short: reburn chip, change pulgs so that you can take full advantage of the added RPM and fuel flow, email Spade$ that everything is nice so that he can get over his paranoia about doing both w/o changing to coated pistons and valves.

LOL.....OK

Buy yourself some NGK TR6's, it's what you need, and can be used daily. As for gas mileage increase...I didn't see one.

If you have time, I would search under NX Nitrous, and look for my posts. I have covered this to the EXTREME many times over. I woudl type it all over again, but its too early in the morning. LOL
