Question Lowering and exhaust probs

Hello. I'm new to this site and forum and had a couple questions that I thought maybe some of you Lightning freaks could help me with. I have a 2000 Lightning (mods listed below) and am having a problem with the exhaust. I had the local speedshop put a full Bassani system on my truck and now the driver's side header has been hitting the steering shaft any time the truck is under any sort of load. Needless to say this is annoying and could possibly be damaging and/or dangerous. I took the truck back and they moved the motor in the cradle a bit, but it didn't change a thing. Any suggestions on how to make this stop? This exhaust came off my first truck (also a silver 2000), but then my g/f totalled the truck and I got the new one and I used the exhaust off of the old one. I also had a question about lowering kits for my truck. Does anybody make a MILD lowering kit for my truck? I noticed that the '01 L's are like 3/4" lower in the front and 2" lower in the back and they look good to me, but I might want to go just a little lower. Thanks in advance for your response!

Adam

Sounds like the exhaust was damaged (bent?) when the truck was totaled.
