Talking Just ran 5.706 in the 1/8th !!

I took the race car out to G-ville raceway last nite for some testing of the new combo, but they were only running 1/8th mile brackets.

With all of the cars, I only made 1 solid run. I launched from Idle (1300 RPM) without using the transbrake (setup to leave the line at 5800 RPM) and short shifted at 5500 RPM (setup to shift at 7800 RPM) the times are:

R/T .749
60' 1.374
330 3.732
1/8 5.706
MPH 124.44

I lifted after the shift to 2nd b/c the car was all over the track. I've got some serious suspension issues...even launching at idle the car was all over the place, almost crossing the center line then almost hitting the wall on the 1-2 shift. Once dialed in, this thing will run a 5.0 1/8 easy

Yeah, it's got a little 'pep' to it (about 1000 hp worth ) I just need to get this dang 4-link figured out, and probably add some weight to the car. It only ways 2140 lbs w/ me in it
