You are absolutely right. I have been to the DTC on Texas ave. they are a great bunch.
Notice that I was referring to this specific store in Plano only. (Although I am also skeptical about all DTC locations after what has happened)

I've had nothing but good work from Americas Tire (that is Discount Tire in Calif.) Noelvm is absolutley right.

I you have a good relationship with the manager/employees, you should get good service. The manager of my local store has a Camaro Z28, but won't race me. In my file under model, it says "bad red truck".

When you spend as much on tires as I do, (six cars, and a boat trailer) you demand good service. Occasionally, however, it doesn't hurt to remind them.

Unhappy discount tire co.

I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR SERVICE.
WHAT I DO KNOW,IS THAT THEY ORDERED CHROME 2001 WHEELS FOR ME.
AFTER FOUR MONTHS THEY HAD TO ADMIT THAY HAD NO WHEELS.
THAT STINKS.
DISCOUNT TIRE IN ARLINGTON,TEXAS ,ON COOPER STREET
