I ended up getting a cowl hood for the Mustang. They had a White 99 Lightning parted out....almost enough parts to put it back together and drive home, except for the frame. Everything sold but some misc. wires, a door, and a bunch of plastic.
Thanks Eric!! The temp was 60 - 66 but we were running into a 10 - 15 mph headwind Sounds as if you had a good day of a different kind at the track I'm looking forward to coming back up to Cecil for some of that cool fast air

Hey red gen 1 94:

No problem, sorry to hear about your misfortune with BG's finest...
After waiting a short while for you, I headed towards your hotel to get some gas at Chevron and saw a couple Mustangs pulled over by BG's finest, where you and I had been testing my 01 earlier. The roar of the Supercharger earlier must have brought them running over to where we were...

I was Lucky... BG's finest was everywhere I looked........

That was pretty cool when we saw that earlier prostock burnout from that Mustang lined up against the Lightning at the light and the lightning jumped in front of him from the green...

I had a great time meeting everyone at BG, wish I could have hooked up with my street tires better, my 60' times were awful, but hey, that's racing..

We'll meet and race together again someday, I hope we both get close to Totalled's times......

Neil I feel for you with your truck problems, hopefully things will get much better........

Thanks JL for helping me with my truck while at BG....You go out of your way to help us L owners, and we really appreciate it...

Totaled, Congrat's on your new low ET...
I couldn't hook up here at BG like I could at Cecil on 60' times.

take care,
DL

JL equipped
