I made the round trip of 300miles last night to JL's shop for some tuning. What a great experience that was for me. JL really takes his time to help in any way possible and he is willing to explain anything to you. We were doing some runs on different chip programs on my 2001 using his air/fuel and OBDII meter. He definitly knows his stuff. I ran his chip on my 12.63 @ 107.71 and I felt like the truck nosed over when it went into high gear. Sure enough after running some test JL figured out what the problem was. He is burning me a new program as we speak and I am pretty sure with this program and the line valve modifaction I should be able to get at least a 12.40 at around 109 on the 13th or 14th at MIR during there Ford Only Race. Yeah, JL is a great guy/tuner!! He hooked his equipment to my truck this past weekend at Cecil and saw where he could make some good gains and shipped my new program out yesterday
I am excited to try it out Saturday at VMP in some cool air

 

so pi$$ed off! Wish JL had a Southern vacation home/garage!
