Had the same Bell Tech 3/4 drop installed on my 00 HD Ford. Kept hitting the stops over bumps, but learned to live with it. The install place told me to cut the stops down, which I never did. Finally went to a full air bag set up, which is expensive but at least I can raise or lower as needed.

You should put the rear shackle on the 3rd hole for a 3 inch drop in the rear. 4 inches is too low and will bottom out all the time, I know from experience. I drove around for a week with my L lowered the full 4 inches in the rear, looked ghetto, sat lower than the front. I raised it up an inch and put Doestch shocks on, rides alot better. I just received my C-notch for the rear which will elliminate bottoming out all together.
