X-Plan...... HOW????

i was doing some research today while i was running around and found out fords offering 2.9 for 60 mos on all 01's in my area, i found a dealer with a few lightning willing to do xplan How do i go about this.

You have to get a pin # from a source that is tied to ford like and employee or a company that has some sort of corporate relationship. There are also some clubs you can join like experimental aircraft or something. Search around and you will find more specifics. BTW, I think I remember my x-plan price being around $28,900.

go here sign up for a membership in like 2 days they send you your member number and then you can get the pin# from the website.and take it to the dealer and they give the x plan price(if they except x plan) this is how i bout my 01 on the x plan

My suggestion is to call EAA, sign up by phone, get your EAA number at that time and next day you can log on to their web site and get your pin number.

There isn't any special financing on a Lightning. You will get what ever your FICO establishes. Could be any where from 7.9 on up to whatever.

I can confirm the low interest rates as well... I got my 01 on saturday @ 0% w/ X-plan

So did topsy here in GA.
Do a search about EAA X-Plan. It's a few months ago; very long thread. Very simple and easy to do.

That is fantastic

This is the first time that I have heard Ford giving special financing on the L. It must be a regional thing.

The dealer wont give me x plan as i am buying the vehicle through my company, however, i am getting invoice at $29,345.

Still a good deal.
