Question Fuel pressure gauge ***HELP***

Hey,
I have an autometer fuel pressure gauge #5709. I am wondering if I need an electrical box to hook it up. It didn't come with it. The autometer tech told me what all I needed. Now it doesn't work, so I did a search and some of you are talking about an electrical box that goes between the gauge and the sender. If so do you have a part number?
Thanks,
Graeme

That gauge seems to be a "new" product on the Autometer site. It says it comes with an electrical sender, but I've not seen one in person. We use the the 5763 gauge which comes with the module and sender.

The guage does come with a sending unit which mounts to the fuel rail on the passenger side. You simply remove the shrader valve and install the sending unit * you do need to get the "AN" adapter to fit the rail it is a seperate piece that I got at my local speed shop..
Hope this helps..

Smile *****UPDATE*****

Talked to an autometer tech today and he said the wire from the ground on the gauge to the ground on the sender would not ground it. He said to run a wire from the ground on the sender to a good ground in the engine compartment. Thank for your replys.
