If you only already have that PSP pulley you can use the same belt, because that upper pulley is smaller. I really don't know how much boost I'm getting, I don't have an aftermarket gauge. I did notice that when I switched the other day from straight pipes back to my Borla catback that I got less boost. I was told that was because it must be more free flowing.

Looks like you found the tensile strength of the powdered metal connecting rods.

The warrenty guy said it was my piston that failed. That made the three rods break, what a mess it made in the motor.

Jeff, glad to hear your L is getting fixed. I guess sometimes ford does come through after all. They came through for me with the new ic fix on just my word that it was starting to leak,so i got to give a thumbs up to ford. What did they think of your sweet paint job? greg

Boy, that must have made some lousy noises as you were coasting, powerless to a stop. Are they covering it under warranty?

This isn't due to the piston slap that noone at the dealerships can hear, is it?
