The times keep on Falling

Well I did it again, a new personal best

I wasn't going to go to the track this week. After all my flip chip isn't back from Jim yet, and all I have is my old(April) street chip.

Well I went anyway. I wasn't expecting the greatest times, the best I had gone with this chip was 13.22@104mph. Man was I surprised, I ran a 12.82@106.38 now thats cranking.

I tell you Jims stuff rocks even his earliest program for the 2001, I tell you the pulley must be working. I can't wait for the flip chip to get back, and then we will see what the Bolt can really do.

I look foward to meeting you. Ya the weather cleared up just in time to go racing.

I forgott to mention I ran full trim(spare tire, trailer hitch, jack) and on the Eagle F1's

Nice numbers....

I don't know how you do it on F1s....good driver, right?

Ran last nite too--only could get a 13.109@104.63--the exact same time I ran last wk.? My 60' was a 1.971(wish that was my 60 mph-LOL).

JL priority mailed my reburned chip on 9/12/01--no flights!--the chip I'm using now doesn't 'know' that I have a new pulley???

Thumbs up

Don,
Great new best, you are on your quest to the mid 12's, then the quest to low 12's and then to the light (or should I say LIGHTNING) at the end of the tunnel, the 11's. You can do it, keep pecking away little by little you will get there. Hopefully not before me though. HAHA

I didn't go to the track last night because of everything that has happened this week, Michelle and I walked around our neighborhood with candles, most of my neighbors we haven't even met and we have been here for five years, It's too bad that it has to take something like what happened Tuesday to bring people together. I bet 75 percent of our neighborhood was there, our streets were full of prayer and singing, and even some crying. But America is so strong we will get past this and will make such a Milatary statement that this should not happen again. God help those that are responsible, as they will need it..

I will be at the track next Friday so I hope to see you and some other Lightnings there then...

J MAN,
What can I say, you are flying, Great job..

Bill

My 60" time was 1.884 the track hooked up pritty good until some A hole oiled the whole track down. When will they learn, if you blow up pull over and stop.

Thanks Bill
This truck is addicting, I first said I would be happy with high 12'2 to low 13's. Now that I have the pulley it just wants to fly. So maybee I'll try for lower 12's. I am glad you got together with your neighbors, it is just to bad it took a disaster to bring you all together.

Totaled
Thanks I keep chipping away at it. I am trying to go one step at a time, so I can figure out what each mod will give me. I guess the next thing I need is a oval throttle body, if anyone knows where I can pick up a good used one, or one at a good price let me know.
