Angry BE careful when you order from??EVERYONE MUST READ!!!!

Hello,

I ordered several parts from JDM in June, 01....

JDM immediately charged my charge card for the total order... About Three weeks after JDM charged my card, my parts arrive....I ordered the pulley with my order, no pulley in box.

I call JDM every other day for almost two weeks, I'll send you the pulley tomorrow, is what Jim and/or Julie said. End of about two weeks, The pulley still hadn't shown up....I got fed up and sent the remainder of the parts back to JDM for credit on my credit card....

After 6 weeks on the phone and E-mailing JDM, I still have not gotten the credit from JDM posted to my acct. The parts were brand new, returned unopened.. I have the tracking numbers to
prove they were returned...

Everybody is wondering why I am a JL customer now or someone else's, It's because of JDM..

I have swapped chips and removed everything I bought from
JDM and sold it..

I posted a while back that I swapped chips, I did not bad
mouth JDM at the time.. .Other people that had dealt with him jumped on the band wagon to bash JDM...I kept my mouth shut about this... Not anymore, I wouldn't buy a piece of chewing gum from JDM....

I don't care if he has the fastest parts in the world, I won't buy them...

Mycredit card companies say don't worry about it, JDM will pay them back....I have sent JDM an E-Mail explaining the facts in detail several times, I get back a replies like, I don't understand what you are asking or I have already given you credit ...

HEY JDM, GIVE ME MY Fu$$$$king Credit for the returned and never shipped parts you charged me for on my charge cards.
How can I make this any CLEARER...

To all the L drivers that use JDM parts, I don't have anything against you.
You wonder why I have decided to use other tuners, well, now you know the rest of the story, Good day...

Have a nice day...
DL

dispute the charge with the credit card company. Not too many bright sides to them but this is definetely one.

I'm glad you didn't send a check!
That thing about the fastest parts...I think I'll wait till NMRA at B.G. to say anything about who has the fastest parts.
I'm pretty sure all the tuners are going. Let the chips fall where they may.

I told all of you he is a liar and a crook. Hate to say I told you so but.....I did. Seams like he just takes care of a select few and does a very good job for them. The rest of us he lies to over and over! I'm with you DL, I don't care if his chip could make my truck run 11's, I'm not going to deal with him. This is not a slam to anyone who runs his stuff. If you get good service great, but as I told you not everyone get treated the same.

Thanks,

I have disputed the charges with my credit card companies, Sent in the necessary forms, they said not to worry, we'll get our money back...

I check with my CC companies now and then to see:

It's been 10 weeks waiting for the credit on one card.
It's been 5 weeks waiting on credit for the other card..

I have tried to be nice about this whole episode, and not mention it on the different sites, but enough is enough, I'm tired of JDM telling the credit card company phony stories..

Your credit card company is legally suppose to credit you back the amounts AND the interest you are accrueing. Have you not demanded this from them? It is up to them to pursue JDM, NOT you!

Please, call them back and ask to speak to a Supervisor who can credit your account for this unneccessary action on JDM's and their part. You're owed interest credit from the day it started accrueing on the pulley, and owed credit from the days you sent the other parts back.

You may have paid all this in full to avoid interest charges...therefore everything I'm telling you wouldn't really apply.

DL I had two experiences with JDM just as you explain. First, last October over a torque convertor that was never shipped. I can't tell you how many times I was lied to over the course of a month an a half. I was told it was shipped, it was lost, given phoney tracking numbers etc.

My second experience was with the infamous pulley, which I believe some people are still being lied to about. Everytime I spoke to JDM on the phone I left feeling like everthing was ok, only to find out I was just lied to once again.

I will not do busines them. If it meant I had the slowest truck on earth, then Ill have the slowest truck. I applaud you DL for having the guts to speak the truth, about which you will surely get flack.

Sounds like deja vu to me. Sounds like when i ordered a Throttle body from JDM my second mod after the airraid. I ordered it and didnt see the thing for like 3 months but my credit card was charged that day im pretty sure it was charged before he got off the phone with me. To tell you the truth im pretty sure that the only reason i got it was that my buddie rasied hell at his lightning day asking where it was and that we wanted it for that day. But wow after that magically i got it the following week. He makes me laugh he makes post over here talking all ***** whinning and crying and cutting up peoples post not posting the whole thing of what they said making them look bad and him look so innocent. Well thats alright im expecting my BaBolt Billet TB anyday =0). Oh well see what *****ty customer service gets you. Just ask Sal Jim because hes taking the time to answer my questions and when i order something actully get it before i get my cc bill being charged for it. And Jerry Jordan i agree with you he seems to take good care of a select few and its like F all the rest.

I am sorry you had trouble with JDM.

I can only speak from my own experiance, which has been excellent. I have gotten everything I ordered from him fairly quick. The pulley is a exception, that took a long time, but it was worth the wait.

Hey no one is perfect, and I am sure niether is Jim, but he has allways been there to answer any questions I have had.

I wish you well with your new products, but after yesterday events in NY and Washington, I don't think this is the time to bitch about something so trivial.

Thanks for the support, BfB, Calightnin, and everyone..

My CC companies are not charging me anything, I have two great CC companies that keep telling me it's up to JDM to take care of it now...

It's the principal of the thing..Today JDM had someone from CC company call me and say that Julie from JDM wants me to call her... She has all my phone numbers, Has several E-mails explaining the facts to the detail, I have tried to explain to her several times by phone before and she says OK I'll take care of it.

Well all I am asking is, take care of it JDM....Give me my credits that I am due, I am not asking for anymore or any less..

Hey Don C,

I am glad you have had good experiences with JDM, like some have stated before, because I have not..I kept my mouth shut about it for a while, trying to give JDM the benefit of the doubt...

I was trying to let the pulley thing go, but since I was telling what happened I had to include it.......

I don't think someone stealing from me is so trival, sorry... A crook is a crook, I don't care who you are....

I am deeply saddened by what happened to all of us yesterday, but we all have to move on..We're (US) not going let those chicken ***** B@$t@rds get away with attacking our great country...

I have to travel by plane every other week on business...I am shook up about all this also...

I agree 100% with Don... The only problems I had was with the pulley, but everyone who ordered back in december had too wait... As far as not getting the pulley when you ordered your stuff 10 weeks ago , most of us have been waiting over 9 months and the pulley was just brought out about 3-4 weeks ago... How is he going to send you a product that wasn't available 10 weeks ago... I do agree about a few people getting better treatment, but everyone has friends... I do hope that you get your credit and enjoy your other mods...

Later, Justin
