I have received "average" customer service from JDM. Nothing exceptional, nothing to write home about, but nothing really negative either.

I placed an order, I followed up a few times to get the status, my order shipped, I got a tracking number, everything showed up, I called with some questions, the questions were answered and now the truck hauls a$$. =)

So far so good . . .

DL, your point has been made. This is really now between you, JMD and your credit card company. I don't think it really needs to remain open on the forums.
