Bay Area Dyno?
StrikesTwice-
Apex Motorsports (408-562-1000 - I think) in San Jose has a dyno, and they do all of the work on my Lightning. They do very good work. In addition, they work with a tuner (Byron Reynolds) who is able to custom tune your chip while it is on the dyno - Autologic chips only (PSP).

I think that the cost for the dyno is about $100.00???? Confirm with Bill at APEX (owner). He is a very good guy!! Keep in mind that this shop is extremely busy (which is a good sign) and you will most likely need to set up an appointment. Byron Reynolds (chip tuner) is actually a separate entity and works in conjunction with APEX. I would highly suggest waiting until you get a chip so that they can take a baseline dyno and then a dyno after the chip has been installed (assuming that you are going to get a chip n' filter). Byron can then fine tune the chip to make it perfect for your truck. Bill at APEX told me that he has personally witnessed Byron tuned Lightnings turn out over 400 rwhp. Mine only managed 385 rwhp, however, I have not had Byron fine-tune my chip yet. APEX recently had a dyno day in which about 10 lightnings showed up and one of the guys had 395 rwhp......

Dave, come to think of it, I have actually heard of APEX. Some guy with a Saleen said he goes there for his tuning I think. Anyway, thank you very much for your input. I appreciate it a lot!!!
