Phew! Another 50lbs over the nose of the truck! Why not put in in the bed as well?

Next time the truck is up on the ramps (for the pulley install), I was going to see what I can do to increase flow through the IC heat exchanger.

I looks like there is a large opening on either side for the air to bypass the core. I looks like a couple pieces of aluminum cut and shaped properly will do the trick.

Lightbulb intercooler coolant additives!

I know that the Redline Water Wetter works in lowering temp's as I've experienced in my Mustang drag car. Curious of this new product though; Freexe It by Torco Fuel. I saw it on their website(along with the race fuel concentrate) and it boasts a 20*-50* F temperature decrease. Anybody try this one yet? I just might have to check it out.

Spiro,
Where is the drain located for the intercooler coolant? I haven't even looked yet.

No problem Just to the inside of the Passenger driving light, right behind the front valance. You'll see a pet**** valve right on the front side of the IC heat exchanger. It was very nice of FORD installing right where we could get to it.
