One of my friends just got his silver L, motoXracer21, and I met a few guys with SVT contours that are starting up a bay area chapter. Im sure there is already one but these guys we dont have to travel like 40 min to get to. Anyway ill probly see you either tomorrow night or next week.

JOEY!! What's up man, hey are you Deborah's neighbor? We went to Milpitas tonight and had some fun with the rice-rockets, there were some nice GT's and maro's out there. I saw 2 people with Contours tonight, starting a local chap. sounds pretty sick. Anyway, see ya tomorrow night most likely!

Sorry to intrude on this local thread, but I often frquent the Silicon Valley area at least two or three times a year and was looking for guys to hang with while I am there, because I would go though withdrawls if I didn't see or drive an L for three weeks!!! It sparked my memory when one of you said "Milpitas", and that is where they always put me when I got there. I usually stay in the Embassy on W. Calaveras Blvd, but this year it looks like I will be staying in a slightly less expensive hotel. I was thinking about the Seirra Suites on First Street because that place looks pretty nice.

I work for the semiconductor biz if you haven't figured it out yet, so they always send you to Nor Cal for training. I think if I go to the Pink Poodle one more time with my boring *** co-worker I will shoot myself, so it would be great if one of you guys could help me out in this department.

Milpitas is def. the spot at night time, sooooo many rice rockets out there!! And what's best is, you can find muscle cars out there too. It's funny, and if you wanna see someone drool over your truck EVEN more than usual, that's the place but drop me a message on here if you wanna hook up, me and two other people I know 2 people on these boards are from San Mateo. Take it easy!

 

With the lights behind me? i dont think that woulda been me, but not quite sure what you mean....I saw a silver Lightning drive by taco bell last night on el camino, i dunno if that was you or not...Joey was on the side of the road cuz he got pulled over by the boys....they told him how the 2 lights on the hood of the truck were illegal and now his friend bryan has to go to court with the stupid fix-it ticket...anyways, im sure ill see you around, my liscense plate reads "DRT_BKS" if you ever see a silver L....take it easy

 

That sucks about the lights.. The only reason i thought you were pulled over, is because at about 12:30am we were getting onto 101 south and as we were getting on, we saw a silver L pulled over.. Two L's in one night.. damn that sucks.

sorry its taken me so long to post this. i dont know if you will even read this but yeah i am deborah's neighbor. How do you know her?
We did get pulled over for those damn lights on the hood. The cop took like 30 minutes to give us the damn ticket. but get this, the cop that pulled me over has been in my house before. One of my friends dad is a cop and he was sleeping over and the cop that pulled me over came to pick him up that morning.

 

I'm in the East Bay (Dublin) but would be interested in being part of the Chapter. I dont mind driving as long as I'm in the L. If anyone has any new info, please post. Thanks
