just bought some 01 tail lights for my 00LL L

Went to the dealer and ordered them today $161, but since the parts guy is a friend of mine, i got them for 128 a piece. Can't wait till they get here.

Make sure to shorten your screws before mounting the new lights. Stock 99-00 screws are too long for the 01 lights.

There is a set on Ebay for both Ford and Aftermarket, for $140.00 search under SVT F150.
I bid on the Ford but the aftermarket seems to be a bit cheaper. Anyone have any experience with the aftermarket tail lights?

I got mine from Ford in May and I got them for $38 a piece!!!

You can't find them that cheap now, since everybody has jumped on the bandwagon and Ford has Jacked the price!!!!

You can use the stock screws without having to shorten them just go to the hardware store and get yourself a handful of washers and use them to shim up the screws that worked fine for me.

Or you could just cut them a little shorter, I took my quicky saw and shortened them and it worked great.

I bought all 6 pieces (tails, headlights and corners) for my Screw a couple of months ago from www.mrtaillight.com for $400.00. Thought that was pretty good considering what ford wants. Yes, these are OEM Ford Motor Company SVT lights.
