INTRODUCING SVT PREMIUM SERVICE
The Ford Special Vehicle Team, and the 623 Ford dealers in North America who sell and service SVT’s compelling line of high-performance vehicles, proudly announce SVT Premium Service. Every 2001 SVT vehicle will be a part of this enhancement to the SVT ownership experience. SVT Premium Service provides SVT owners with subtle touches that give them the special ownership experience they expect and deserve.
The program provides 2001 SVT vehicle owners with a loaner vehicle while their Cobra or Lightning is in their certified SVT dealer’s service department. The loaner is available from the time the vehicle is dropped off until it is picked up, and the cost will be covered as a part of the overall SVT experience. In addition, the customer’s 2001 Cobra or Lightning will be returned washed and vacuumed as a part of the SVT Premium Service enhancement.
Becoming an SVT dealer requires a higher level of commitment to customer satisfaction and training, to assure that SVT customers enjoy the highest level of satisfaction possible. Every SVT dealer is required to participate in special training courses designed to teach each dealership employee the expectations and demands of the SVT vehicle owner. They are given the training and tools to not only meet these needs, but exceed them.
The SVT Premium Service program is just one way of showing the Special Vehicle Team’s high level of commitment to its customers and their overall ownership experience — one that doesn’t end, but just begins, at the time of delivery.

Dealer Service Writer told me I had to give 24 hr notice to get a loaner. Came back and told me they had no loaner this morning. So i ended up waitng for 1 1/2 hours to get mine fixed. Next time I'll be ready. This SVT site has more info than the other www.svt.ford.com has. Did you go into the 2002 model lineups. F-150 has not options for Lightnings. at this time. does give complete line option on 2000 and 2001 Lightnings.
