I'm trying to hook up the VSS feed for my GPS/Nav.

There are two wires that I cannot identify in the ford factory harness, one of them has to be the VSS-pulse that the stock radio used for speed-senstivie volume.

The two are Green/Black-stripe and Red/Black-stripe.

Anyone know what these are?

I've got all others (speakers, illumination, dimmer, power, acc-power, ground)

Dan, on the radio, there is a connector that has three rows of pins in it. The center row only has one wire in it, it's either gray with a black tracer, or gray with a pink tracer, the schematic lists it both ways, but that's the VSS signal wire. It's pin 9 on that plug, and should be the only wire in that row. Hope this helps..

Thanks! I don't remember seeing a gray one, but I'll take the dash apart again tomorrow in the daylight and see what I find.

YES! Found it! It was hiding on the CD changer harness! (the one with three rows, that is how I found it!)
