Post Trans fluid lost while removing pan

I am taking out the springs from the Level 10 kit so the truck does not light the tires up while shifting in to 2nd. I was hoping that someone can tell me aprox how much fluid is lost when the trans is taken apart. I put the shift kit in but cannot remember.

DEPENDING ON YOUR PAN DEPTH, AND DRAIN BACK YOU MIGHT LOSE UP TO 5 QTS. HOPE THIS HELPS.

I have taken my tranny pan down 3 times now. Every time I have had to put 7 qts back in it. I am using the 4X4 pan with the drain plug.

A raincoat and grease sweep helps with this job also.

Thanks for everyones help. I dropped the pan to take out the springs last night. Well like a dumb A$s I tried to do it without the instructions and without paying attention to what I was doing I took off the wrong part. The part I took off was the one with the check ***** so I was unable to finish putting it back together. Just called Level 10 and they sent me a pic of how it goes back together. Now I need to leave work early to get the L ready for the track tonight.
