I was doing a search and had the B.G. NMRA event on my mind. Sorry
I guess I need to make a new post and ask my questions.

Easter, you should have a helmet. NHRA rules say for 13.99 and quicker, BUT most tracks supercede those rules and make all racers where them. Some tracks rent helmets, you could call and check. Pretty much all racing classes nowadays require mufflers, but I doubt your truck is loud enough for anyone to even check. That rule is pretty much for the high hp cars that get REALLY loud with no mufflers. I'm pretty sure it's an all run field, which means all trucks race. You make 3 qualifing passes and your dial is one tenth quicker. You are not allowed to change your dial, so they make it quicker to lessen the chance of breaking out. Sunday is eliminations. They take the trucks in order of fastest to slowest qualifiers, then they cut the list half way, and bring the bottom half to meet the top, so it's a "ladder". Hope this helps.

Ok, so whose gonna volunteer for the inspection team to look for the nitros bottles hidden in the frame rails, gas tank, wife's shopping bag, whatever and whose gonna photo all the time slips for posting here. Yea, we want to see the ACTUAL time slips. Let the chips fall where they may. Good luck to all tuners and remember, Win on Sunday, Sell on Monday!"

I'll be doing my own chip shoot out with my new JDM and PSP chips which are both now in hand.
