Overdrive and Supercharger issues..

Every time the truck shifts into overdrive, it sounds like its puttering around. If i try to step on the gas a little bit, it does like a jerky jump to it and then continue to putter unless i floor it so it will drop in gear. Only happens in overdrive. Also another issue i have been having is with just flooring it.. Its definitely losing a lot of power the way its running. At first the would not even get going when i stepped on it. It would just whine and make loud popping noised out the exhaust. I changed the spark plugs and its now at least kicks in but what it does now is like a hesitant start, like a jolty motion and really poppy sounding when i really get on it.. There's a rattling sound that is coming from the supercharger. I've tried reading up for the rattling noise and i am guessing its the bearings because it sounds like its coming from the back on the supercharger.. the truck only has 55k miles and i don't see why it would be having so many problems with it. Thanks for the help
